About this Twinning project
About Twinning
Twinning is a instrument that is initiated and financed by the European Commission for the strengthening of state institutions of a candidate country, that are mostly in a defined
area of the„ acquits communitarian“ (EU-Standards) and it’s efficiency through transposing technical and administrative know-how.
The candidate country
has usually a close EU Member State Partner that gives support in different ways: with the Resident Twinning Advisor, Short Term Experts, Conferences,
Workshops and Training seminars, Translation Services and much more.
